Selected from two hogshead casks from the Tomatin distillery and bottled at a cask strength of 57.7%, this new arrival shows the lighter, delicate style of the Highland style Tomatin makes. Described by the Cadenhead team as very creamy, it has an aroma of white chocolate and strawberries, alongside butterscotch buttery shortbread. To taste, again caramelled, with rock salt and custard doughnuts along with a hint of fennel and rosemary. Finishing off, the remaining flavour is herbal and creamy banana with soft wood spice.
