This latest edition of Benromach's Organic whisky was distilled in 2011 from organically grown, un-peated Scottish barley, and laid down to mature in virgin American oak casks. The barley character is rich and sweet, offering notes of malty cereal, ripe tropical fruit and a background flavour of cocoa powder and chocolate. The finish has a note of lemon and a crack of pepper, mace and oaky spices. One of Scotland's only organic whiskies, and one of our most popular limited edition Speyside whiskies.
