Distilled at the Cameronbridge distillery in Fife in 1997, this 21 year old expression from independent bottlers Gordon & MacPhail has been matured in a single refill Sherry Butt before being bottled at its natural cask strength of 59.3% Subtle sherry aromas complement cocoa powder and soft vanilla fudge. Sweet and creamy on the palate, with candied citrus, toasted malt and oak, there's a delicate herbal note that comes through on a long lingering finish.
