This whisky is made from New Zealand grown malted barley and has been matured in a single American Oak cask and represent's Mat and Rachael Thomsons oldest whisky produced entirely at their distillery in Auckland. This release is limited to 278 bottles and marks a monumental occasion in the story of Thomson whisky so far.
