Dailuaine 'Cadenhead' 2008 / 10 years old 59.9%

This expression of Dailuaine was disgorged from three hogsheads, and yealded 774 bottles. Dailuaine is in high demand from master blenders across Scotland, valued especially for its body and character.
On the nose this bottling features fruit salad, cerial notes, and popcorn.
On the palate buttered toast, mocha, and vanilla pods.
We found Cocoa powder on the finish, along with maple syrup and woodspice.
