Craigellachie 'Infrequent Flyers' 2007 / 11 years old 59.8%

This single cask, single malt from Craigellachie distillery is one of the Second batch of 'Infrequent Flyers', the new independent bottlings from Alistair Walker.
On the nose we find toffee and almonds, quite nutty.
To taste; it's full-bodied, with Shortbread and butterscotch. Some dried herbs - rosemary and thyme. Soft, sweet spicy notes.
The finish is sweet and peppery.
