Matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks, Adela is a new expression from the Bladnoch distillery in the Lowland's of Scotland. The delicate spirit produced at Bladnoch has been made rich and deep from the sherry casks, offering flavours of walnuts and toffee pudding, hints of chocolate and dried fruits. The palate is weighty and smooth, leaving behind a trace of liquorice and black pepper in the finish.
