Limited to 12500 bottles worldwide this new release from Teeling is part 2 of a series paying homage to the Brabazon family that, along with the Teeling family, have played an important role in the history of the Liberties area of Dublin. The series will look at the influence of fortified wine cask maturation on Irish whiskey - this being a vatting of six different Port casks which have imparted rich flavours of toffeed pineapple, spiced caramelised apples with a nutmeg sweetness on the finish.
