Distilled at a distillery whose make is in great demand from the master blenders of Scotland, this bottling was matured in three hogsheads which yealded 876 bottles. The nose features walnuts, green apples and fresh cut timber. On the palate we find more nuttiness, caramelised banana, and pinecones. On the finish there lingers flavours of brown sugar, cinnamon spice, and a touch of citrus.
