This new release from Penderyn is named after Bryn Terfel, one of Wales most respected Opera singers. This bottle's distinctive and suitably theatrical red velvet costume hides a whisky matured in ex-bourbon barrels, offering a whisky reminscent of an old-fashioned banana split ice cream sundae. The taste builds to notes of honey, vanilla pods and a gentle woody spice.
