PRODUCT DETAILS
Filled from a single hogshead cask, this new release from Douglas Laing comes from the Mortlach distillery of Dufftown, Speyside. Described by the team at Douglas Laing & Co. as being a whisky of buttery, pastry notes, there is also a creamy cereal (malted barley biscuits, porridge) note, topped with strawberries in syrup. A palate that is again reminscent of baked goods, this time sponge pudding, spices and again more malted barley. Finish with a taste of cinnamon spice and orange rind.
