The Glendalough Double Barrel Single Grain Irish Whiskey has been matured in 1st fill American oak barrels before a finishing period in Ex Olorosso Sherry casks giving it all the softness and sweetness typical of Irish whiskey, complimented by rich characteristics such as caramel and dried fruit.
