Distilled at the Glenburgie distillery, this new release from Gordon & MacPhail was selected from casks that have slowly matured their spirit for 21 years. A complex and deep aroma of brown sugar, stewed raisins, roasted hazelnuts and vanilla are joined by lighter notes of dry hay and floral hints. Full and fruity to taste, the palate is laced with cinnamon and clove spices, ripe summer berries and stewed apples. A touch of herbacious mint lingers into a toasted malt and charred oak finish.
