Situated under the Grampian foothills, Fettercairn is a picturesque distillery showcasing the diversity of Highland single malts. Cadenheads offerings of Fettercairn so far have been highly praised and this particular bottling is no exception. The nose is fresh and clean, with notes of pine needles, lemon sorbet and icing sugar. The palate is rich with creamy carrot cake and toasted marshmallows, lingering notes of crystalised ginger and roasted walnuts release through the finish.
