Crofts is one of the most long-established port shipping houses in the business, records go back as far as 1588. This fine vintage port comes from the famous Qunito da Ro?da vineyard, which has produced some very fine vintages over the years. In recent times the winery has reintroduced some of the old traditional methods of production including the use of the treading of grapes on site. Vintage ports are produced using grapes harvested solely in the year stated, the wine is then barrel aged for a short time before being bottle aged. These wines are ideal for gifts as the wine will continue to improve over time.
