The Cotswolds ginger gin is made by combining the standard Cotswold's gin, candied ginger and orange peel in an American oak barrel to create a spiced, barrel-aged gin, sweetened with a touch of honey. Warm and spicy aromas, the ginger notes come through with a touch of piney juniper. Luscious on the palate with warming ginger, vanilla and red fruit notes from the casks. A long lingering finish full of dry oak spice and ginger and a big dollop of honey. A fantastic gin to have neat, over ice or a great addition to warm apple juice.
