This single cask rum comes from Travellers Distillery in Belize. It has been distilled in column stills. On the nose we find fresh fruit, demerara, and custard powder. On the palate, almonds, coconut cake, dark chocolate. On the finish, pinapple, cereal notes, and coriander.
