We're very excited to have this small batch, limited release liqueur from the Cardrona distillery on the shelves at Whisky Galore. Otago cherries are macerated in Cardrona's excellent single malt spirit to give a decadent, luscious dram that is wonderful served neat, on the rocks, or as an extra addition to your favourite cocktail. Try adding a small amount to whisky instead of red vermouth for a variation on a Manhattan or Rob Roy.
