Launched for the first time this year, this 25 year old single malt whisky from the GlenAllachie distillery marks a new begining under the stewardship of acclaimed Master Blender, Billy Walker. Limited to just 4,000 bottles worldwide, it is selected from American oak, sherry cask and virgin oak casks, all matured for at least 25 years. Sweetly spiced to start, the nose carries lush marmalade and sultana, raisin and Christmake cake fruit tones. The palate is soft and silky, with sweet plump sultanas, pineapple and layers of chocolate and again marmalade and Christmas pudding.
