The name of this Irish whiskey is inspired by the Liberties area of Dublin, a part of the city known as Hell during the 18th century.
The whiskey itself is rich and malty with notes of sultana and white chocolate.There is also hints of soft oaky notes coming through on the palate, leading to a smooth finish with a lingering peppery spiciness.
