Sirius 'North Star' 31 years old 43.1%

Sirius is a new limited edition release from independent bottlers North Star, who have created a blended malt whisky from a selection of just single malt whiskies from the Highland's of Scotland, matured for at least 31 years. Described as being waxy and citrusy with a textured mouthfeel and layers of fruity and woody notes.
