Botanicals include; Juniper which has been wild foraged from Macedonia; Grapefruit ?Golden Special? from Gisborne; Coriander seed from Hawke's Bay; organic Motueka hops from Nelson; Gorse flower which has been wild foraged in Marlborough; Kawakawa berries which have been wild foraged Kaikoura.
