Old Bardstown Estate Bottled 50.5%

Old Bardstown was in fact the original brand from the Willet Distillery, the first batch having been distilled in 1936. This expression has been matured for 10 years and bottled at a strength of 50.5% (101 proof). The nose is complex, whilst on the palate there are flavours of nutmeg and malted barley, with a herbal quality in the background along that leads to a well balanced finish.
