Meaning 'Beauty of the Seasons', KI NO BI dry gin from Kyoto distillery in Japan is made using a combination of 11 different botanicals including the native yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries. The result is the fresh and citrusy aroma of yuzu, and a thread of sansho ginger root gives a slightly warming, spicy and drying finish.
