Light, honeyed and with a delicate hint of spice, the Glenkinchie distillery is one of the few remaining Lowland distilleries in Scotland. Situated just outside of Edinburgh, and indeed known as the 'Edinburgh Malt', it is one of the countries most visited distilleries. A fantastic starting point for those new to the pleasures of single malt Scotch whisky.
