Edradour's famous 'Ibisco' decanter is hand selected from idividual sherry casks from 2007 and bottled at their natural strength after 12 years of maturation. This is a classic, robust Highland style - rich with aromas and flavours of raisins, sultanas, toffee and Christmas mince, mingled with a distinctive hint of turkish delight and mint-chocolate richness on the palate.
