Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky is the first whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds, England. This cask strength release from the Cotswolds Distillery is a vatting of shaved, toasted and re-charred American Oak red wine barriques selected by founder Daniel Szor. The nose presents notes of sweet plums, dark chocolate and fig rolls, leading into spoonfuls of cranachan and fresh strawberries on the palate. The finish is rich and nutty with a lingering array of spices.
