From Collingwood, Ontario, on the shores of Georgian Bay, comes Collingwood Blended Canadian Whisky that has spent some time maturing in casks which contain toasted maplewood staves. The result is a full flavoured dram with flavours of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch with underlying fruit notes.
