Matured for 18 years in 100% sherry seasoned casks, predominently first fill, this 18 year old expression from the new Glenrothes Soleo range is an elegant and complex dram. Sweet aroma of vanilla pods, ripe pear, orange oil and almonds. The pear and vanilla notes develop on to the palate with sweet ginger and hints of delicate rose water. The finish is sweet, spicy and slightly peppery.
