The Glendalough 7 year old single malt Irish whiskey has spent its life maturing in former American oak Bourbon barrels, before a finishing period in 'Black Pitts Porter' barrels from the Five Lamps Brewery in Dublin. This helps contribute new depths of flavour including coffee, dark chocolate and malty notes to go along with the signiture vanilla, fruity, citrus, and sweet spice flavours.
