From the little known Highland distillery of Glencadam, this single cask selection from independent bottlers Gordon & MacPhail has been yielded from a single refill Bourbon barrel. Like a summers picnic on the nose; creamy vanilla and peaches sit alongside aromas of apple, pear and marzipan while floral undertones of gorse flower, honeysuckle, and violet mingle together. Creamy and sweet on the palate boasting notes of butter candies and warming aniseed, leading into fresh passion fruit, lychee, and vibrant grapefruit flavours. A long lingering chocolate finish.
