Clynelish has for a long time been one of our most sought-after bottlings from the independent bottlers of Scotland, and Signatory's reputation for selecting casks from this distillery is famous. Distilled in 1995 and matured in a single refill Sherry Butt for 23 long years, this is a heavier representation of the distillery style: molasses-rich brown sugar, fragrant beeswax and honeycomb aromas, with an oily, waxy and distinctive mouthfeel and texture. Wonderfully full-bodied, rounded and extremely complex, Clynelish is a single malt that has always been a fine balance of spirit and wood influence.
