We take a quarter of a century to mature only the finest whiskies in carefully selected American Oak ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, which Catto's Master Blender then meticulously combines to create this celebrated dram. A sweet, complex and full bodied aroma with hints of rich vanilla, leather and spices followed by bright overtones of cooked pears, ripe bananas and coconut. Richly sweet and spicy at first with a long lasting runny toffee and raisin finish, a fantastically well balanced dram.
