This new 'solera' expression from the Cardrona distillery is the third release from one of New Zealand's newest single malt whisky producers. Situated close to Wanaka in the South Island, this whisky comes from a selection of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, it carries the distillery's character of borage flower honey, vanilla spice and citrus (limoncello). Bottled at a natural strength of 64.4%
