To celebrate DramFest 2020, Cardrona Distillery have released a very special dram as part of the 'Just Hatched' series. Initally matured in 3 Breckenridge Bourbon Barrels for 882 days before being re-casked in to a single Oloroso Sherry Butt for 481 days - a total maturation time of 3 years, 8 months and 28 days. Delivered at its natural cask strength of 63.8%, this toffee bomb is layered with cream, sticky date and sun-roasted nectarines. A cracker of a release from the Desiree, Ash and the team at Cardrona.
