Benrinnes 'Old Malt Cask' 2003 / 14 years old 50%

This release from Old Malt Cask, from Benrinnes Distillery in Speyside is 14 years old and was distilled in 2003. The nose is creamy with vanilla fudge, butterscotch and pears. The creaminess is carried through the palate with the addition of custard powder, and sweet tablet. There is a long and lingering sweet finish.
