The BenRiach single malt whisky distillery is situated just south of Elgin, in an area that is described as being the 'heart' of Speyside, and their whisky is very much that of a traditional Spey whisky. Sweet, light and velvety smooth, it tastes and smells of of honey, vanilla, peaches and a hint of nutty, mellow oak spice. An award winning malt (Silver at the IWSC 2016) and a great price to match.
