Distilled at the Aultmore distillery in Keith, Speyside, this new single cask expression from Gordon & MacPhail shows the the beautiful floral and delicate style of this single malt. The aroma has classic American oak influence: a rich vanilla pudding or custard note that is complimented by tart apple, elderflower and creamy butterscotch with pears. These fruity elements give way to oak and spice on the palate and finish.
