The Oaks Lily is the official cocktail of the Bluegrass State’s other big horse race, the Kentucky Oaks. Light and refreshing, the vodka drink takes its inspiration from the Cosmopolitan, its pink hue a nod to the stargazer lilies placed on the race’s winning filly.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ounces cranberry juice
  • Garnish: lemon wheel
  • Garnish: blackberries

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients into a highball, fill with ice and stir.

  2. Garnish with a lemon wheel and 2 skewered blackberries.
